Experience Chinese New Year at Stanley and welcome in the Year of the Snake with a selection of curated Cantonese dishes by Head Chef Louis Tikaram.
Chinese New Year celebrations will take place from Wednesday 29th January – Sunday 2nd February for lunch and dinner.
The limited-edition dishes will be on offer in addition to the à la carte and signature banquet menus.
Experience the magic of traditional lion dancers performing nightly to mark the occasion.
